The TREE Project 2012/2013 – Know-how transfer on renewable energy
TREE is a further education project for participants from the public sector, financing institutions and industry associations that are responsible for strategy planning and implementation of renewable energy and energy efficiency technologies. TREE offers seminars on selected renewable energy and energy efficiency technologies. All educational measures have the aim to point out the economic and structural advantages of renewable energy use and to focus on the instruments available for a sustainable market development. TREE is a partial scholarship programme.
TREE African countries/Russia
TREE Africa/Russia is funded by the German Federal Ministry of Economics and Technology (BMWi). The project is part of the Initiative “renewables-Made in Germany” of the German Government. The target countries are Russia, Angola, Ghana, Kenya, Mozambique, Tanzania and South Africa. Within the framework of the project there are seminars in the target countries and in Berlin.
TREE Turkmenistan/Mongolia is funded by the Federal Foreign Office. The target countries are Turkmenistan and Mongolia. The seminars only take place in the target countries.
What is the application procedure?
Candidates should apply to the Renewables Academy for a TREE seminar scholarship. Applications can be submitted online at www.tree-project.de/seminars/. The upload of a CV is compulsory.
